Dao Yin has been the daily practice of Daoists for cultivating and preserving Dao. This practice directs the Jing Qi through the body channels and as the flow of Qi is directed, it cleanses the internal channels and breaks the build up of daily blockages in order to treat various health problems.
Secondly, it enables the collection of natural energy, Yang Qi.

Thirdly, it refines the collected Yang Qi for the development of the elixir, which is the end result of
Dao cultivation.

Today, Master Dong Yang is happy to share this great Daoist practice with all those who wish to pursue practical Daoism.
